(SIOUX CITY JOURNAL) The Sioux City Journal reports, "The Woodbury County Board of Supervisors moved forward Tuesday with an 11th-hour bid to convince the federal government to remove dozens of private properties from a new flood hazard map.
The board directed staff to solicit bids for a study that would update topographical information for three areas of the county that local officials insist were inaccurately included in the new flood zone."
