(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports, "An agreement to help pay for a proposed water project in northwest Phelps and northeast Gosper counties in exchange for water credits to the Platte River was approved Thursday by the Tri-Basin Natural Resources District Board of Directors."
