(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports, "The Central Platte and Twin Platte Natural Resources Districts (NRDs) have delivered a more detailed engineering report to Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District (CNPPID) on their plan to convert CNPPID’s surface water irrigation system over to a groundwater recharge system."
