(LINCOLN JOURNAL STAR) The Lincoln Journal Star reports, "The Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District Board voted Monday to reduce the amount of irrigation deliveries next year because of the drought, low storage levels at Lake McConaughy and lower than inflows to the reservoir."
