"Agreement would suspend Harlan Dam water releases"

(KEARNEY HUB)  The Kearney Hub reports, "A tentative agreement has been reached between the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources and the Kansas Bostwick Irrigation District to end releases of water from Harlan County Reservoir that began May 1."
