(LINCOLN JOURNAL STAR) The Lincoln Journal Star reports, "Drought officially disappeared from Lancaster County and counties south and east during the week ended Tuesday morning, and its worst stages receded substantially over most of the rest of the state, according to the latest Drought Monitor report from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln."
