(SCOTTSBLUFF STAR-HERALD) The Scottsbluff Star-Herald reports, "The public will now be able to comment at the Nebraska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (NOGCC) hearing on March 24, regarding an application for a fracking wastewater injection well in Sioux County."
