(IMPERIAL REPUBLICAN) The Imperial Republican reports, "Furnas County District Judge James E. Doyle, IV dismissed a class action suit last week brought against the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) by surface water irrigators in the Frenchman-Cambridge Irrigation District (FCID)."
