(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports, "Water supply projections for the North Platte Basin look grim for 2015, even though Lake McConaughy holds 1.3 million acre-feet of water, 76 percent of a full volume, which compares with 1.04 million a-f at this time last year."
