(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports "Central Platte Natural Resources District General Manager Ron Bishop was authorized by his board Thursday to borrow up to $4 million to continue purchasing water rights in Dawson and western Buffalo counties to enhance Platte River flows."
