"EPA proposes $157k fine for Wichita-based company"

(THE TOPEKA CAPITAL-JOURNAL) The Topeka Capital-Journal reports, "The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency wants to fine a Kansas company $157,500 for allegedly dumping more than 228,000 gallons of oil brine into wells in the Allegheny National Forest in McKean County."
