(LINCOLN JOURNAL STAR) The Lincoln Journal Star reports, "A decision to push forward with construction on the southern portion of the Keystone XL pipeline from Cushing, Okla., to the U.S. Gulf Coast in the next few weeks is entirely separate from TransCanada's pending proposal to build the northern leg through Nebraska, a TransCanada spokesman said Friday."
