"Kansas v. Nebraska judge plans draft ruling by January 9"

(KEARNEY HUB)  The Kearney Hub reports, "The special master presiding in the current Kansas v. Nebraska lawsuit over use of Republican River water plans to issue a draft report by Jan. 9 and then take comments from the two parties."
