"LRNRD OKs $1.4M for Farmers Not to Irrigate"
(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports, "There will be 3,329 fewer acres irrigated in the Lower Republican Natural Resources District (LRNRD) in 2013 to help Nebraska comply with the 1943 Republican River Compact."
