"Mississippi River dropping slower than expected"

(SIOUX CITY JOURNAL)  The Sioux City Journal reports, "A revised Mississippi River forecast offered a bit of a reprieve for shippers Wednesday, showing the water level isn't dropping as quickly as feared."
