"Nebraska governor OKs Keystone XL route"

(SIOUX CITY JOURNAL)  The Sioux City Journal reports, "Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman has approved a new route for the Keystone XL oil pipeline that avoids the state's environmentally sensitive Sandhills region."
