"Tri-Basin NRD approves share of J-2 funding"

(KEARNEY HUB)  The Kearney Hub reports, "Tri-Basin Natural Resources District will pay its share of the estimated $75 million cost to construct a reservoir project along the south side of the Platte River in northwest Phelps County."
