"Corps calls repeat of 2011 flood unlikely"

(LINCOLN JOURNAL STAR)  The Lincoln Journal Star reports, "Despite above-normal snowpack in the mountains that feed the Missouri River Basin, chances of a repeat of the 2011 flood are slim, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers official said Tuesday."
