UBBNRD won't impose water rations in 2015

(HASTINGS TRIBUNE) The Hastings Tribune reports, "The numbers are in, and it's official:  Irrigators in the Upper Big Blue Natural Resources District will not have to deal with pumping rations or have flowmeters installed on all their wells in 2015."
