(NORFOLK DAILY NEWS) The Norfolk Daily News reports, "The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Missouri River Basin Water Management Division reports April runoff in the Missouri River basin about Sioux City, Iowa, was 2.8 million acre feet (MAF), or 96 percent of normal."
