(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports, "A handful of requests for change orders and final payments from contractors working on the Cozad and orchard Alfalfa canals were approved by the Central Platte Natural Resources District Board of Directors Thursday, representing final details for completion of the renovation projects."
