(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports, "Static groundwater levels in the Tri-Basin Natural Resources District declined an average of 1.19 feed from spring 2013 to spring 2014, Tri-Basin Water Resources Manager Nolan Little reported to the board Tuesday."
