Groundwater levels drop in parts of state
(LINCOLN JOURNAL STAR) The Lincoln Journal Star reports, "Groundwater levels in Gosper, Phelps and Kearney counties have shown widespread declines on the heels of two consecutive years of below-normal precipitation and high irrigation demand."
