"Below Average Snowmelt Expected in Platte River Basin"

(SCOTTSBLUFF STAR-HERALD) The Scottsbluff Star-Herald reports, "A below average snowmelt for the North Platte River Basin is expected this spring, according to the March 1 report from Carlie Ronca, area manager at the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation office in Mills, Wyoming."
