(HASTINGS TRIBUNE) The Hastings Tribune reports, "Despite receiving good news recently concerning Nebraska's prospects for future compliance with an interstate river compact, the Lower Republican Natural Resources District board of directors will consider imposing a 13-inch-per-acre hard cap on irrigation pumping for 2015."
