"Fischer, Nebraska Groups Respond to New Clean Water Rules"

(GRAND ISLAND INDEPENDENT) The Grand Island Independent reports, "The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced Wednesday that they have finalized the Clean Water Rule in an effort to protect streams and wetlands from pollution and degradation."
