(SCOTTSBLUFF STAR-HERALD) The Scottsbluff Star-Herald reports, "At its May monthly meeting, the South Platte Natural Resources District board of directors received an analysis review of the Western Water Use Management Model, commissioned to aid in determining the effects of actions on aquifers within the District."
