(SCOTTSBLUFF STAR-HERALD) The Scottsbluff Star-Herald reports, "Concerned citizens voices have been heard, a western Nebraska senator said Thursday after the Nebraska Legislature took the unusual step to suspend its rules and allow a bill on fracking wastewater wells to be introduced."
