(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports, "A resolution that would have authorized Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District to use eminent domain now, if needed, to gain access to and acquire property for the J-2 Regulating Reservoirs Project failed on a tie vote this morning at a special meeting of the CNPPID Board of Directors."
