(TOPEKA CAPITAL-JOURNAL) The Topeka Capital-Journal reports, "Kansas and Nebraska have reached another one-year extension that allows Nebraska to keep pumping more than its share from the Republican River without taking away from Kansas irrigators, under an agreement announced Thursday."
