(NORFOLK DAILY NEWS) The Norfolk Daily News reports, "It should make for an interesting public hearing. Thursday, Jan. 14, has been set as the date for the hearing by the Lower Elkhorn Natural Resources District to gather input on rules and regulations for the district's groundwater management area."
