"LRNRD Sets Hearing on Water Use Cap for 2016"

(OMAHA WORLD-HERALD) The Omaha World-Herald reports, "The Lower Republican Natural Resources District Board of Directors has set a public hearing for its Feb. 11 meeting to consider a cap of 13 inches per acre on 2016 irrigation water use."
