"Public Hearing Set for Flow Meter Rules"

(NORFOLK DAILY NEWS) The Norfolk Daily News reports, "The Lower Elkhorn Natural Resources District will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, Jan. 14 at 6:30 p.m. to get input from the public on modifications to the NRD's rules and regulations for management of groundwater that are necessary for implementation of the recent flow meter requirement."
