(IMPERIAL REPUBLICAN) The Imperial Republican reports, "Nebraska’s Department of Natural Resources (DNR), its director and the three Republican Basin natural resources districts (NRDs) got hit with another lawsuit from a second surface water irrigation district in Nebraska."
