(THE GRAND ISLAND INDEPENDENT) The Grand Island Independent reports, "Nebraska state officials and the city of Grand Island will be hosting an informational meeting June 23 to discuss the latest information regarding water contamination caused by Nebraska Solvents.
The meeting will be at Grand Island City Hall, 100 E. First St.
It will begin with an open house from 6 to 7 p.m. in which questions can be posed one-on-one to officials from the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality, the Department of Health and Human Service and the Grand Island Utilities Department.
That will follow with a formal group presentation at 7."
