'There is pretty much flooding from when you come into Nebraska all the way until you get out of it,' Dennis Phillips, meteorologist for the National Weather Service in North Platte, said Sunday.
Much of the central U.S. is at some type of risk of flooding, but Nebraska is the state facing the most extensive problem, according to the weather service. All of Nebraska but a sliver of the southwest part of the state is under some type of flood watch or warning."
