(NORTH PLATTE TELEGRAPH)  The North Platte Telegraph reports, " An emergency drill in Hot Springs has outraged opponents of the proposed Keystone XL pipeline and a proposed uranium mine in western South Dakota after it portrayed the groups as domestic terrorists."
