"Corps of Engineers Decreases Siouxland Runoff Forecast"
(SIOUX CITY JOURNAL) The Sioux City Journal reports, "The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has decreased its forecast for annual runoff into the Missouri River above Sioux City."
