(YANKTON PRESS & DAKOTAN) The Yankton Press & Dakotan reports, "The U.S. State Department is holding three hearings in South Dakota to get public comment on its draft environmental impact statement for a proposed oil pipeline that would be buried across the western part of the state.
The meetings will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Murdo, noon Thursday in Faith and 7 p.m. Thursday in Buffalo."
