(YANKTON PRESS & DAKOTAN) The Yankton Press & Dakotan reports, "The board of the Lewis & Clark Regional Water System has opened bids for construction of roughly five miles of pipe to connect Beresford with the system.
The low bid of $4.2 million from SJ Louis of Rockville, Minn., came in under the engineer’s estimate of almost $4.6 million."
