(SIOUX CITY JOURNAL) The Sioux City Journal reports, "Gov. Chet Culver has asked federal leaders to examine changes to flood management plans at Iowa's four reservoirs, reviews that could cost $8 million.

Culver asked President Barack Obama on Tuesday to include money for the studies in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' budget for the 2012 fiscal year."
