(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports, "Irrigators in the Lower Republican Natural Resources District can begin applying now at their local U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service offices for two water conservation programs for which funds are expected to be confirmed soon.
