"South Dakota Rivers Rising With Rain, But Won’t Be Too High"

(YANKTON PRESS & DAKOTAN) The Yankton Press & Dakotan reports " The rain and snow soaking eastern South Dakota will push the Big Sioux and James rivers up about a foot, but the crests should be significantly lower than the ones during last month’s winter snow melt, a National Weather Service hydrologist said Tuesday."
