(COLUMBUS TELEGRAPH)  The Columbus Telegraph reports, "The well that provides water to the trailer court Karen Mackel owns about six miles south of Norfolk quickly ran dry last summer as intense drought conditions caused nearby farmers to up their irrigation usage."
