"Tax pop, ethanol, bottled water to pay for Nebraska water projects, task force suggests"

(OMAHA WORLD-HERALD)  The Omaha World-Herald reports, "Nebraskans would pay a little more at the soda fountain and fuel pump to help generate $50 million annually for long-term water projects, according to a proposal from a statewide task force."
