(GRAND ISLAND INDEPENDENT) The Grand Island Independent reports, "With the arrival of warmer weather in the area after a colder-than-normal February, ice jams on the Platte and Loup rivers have caused localized flooding and prompted the National Weather Service in Hastings to issue a flood warning for Hall County, which expires today."
