Farmers' lawsuit against state, DNR seeks damages for crop losses in 2013

(KEARNEY HUB) The Kearney Hub reports, "A class-action lawsuit has been filed against the state and the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources by Frenchman Cambridge Irrigation District farmers seeking damages for 2013 crop losses because they were denied irrigation water."
