NPNRD expanding community outreach
(STAR HERALD) The Star Herald reports, "In reflecting on the past year as general manager of the North Platte Natural Resources District, I am terribly proud of what the staff and I have been able to accomplish, and am very optimistic about the future in the district for those actively engaged in production agriculture and those that are not."
