Central lake levels to be dropped for access, other improvements

(LINCOLN JOURNAL STAR) The Lincoln Journal Star reports, "The Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District will lower Jeffrey Lake in October to allow cabin owners to perform shoreline maintenance work."
