(TOPEKA CAPITAL-JOURNAL) The Topeka Capital-Journal reports, "An estimated 1,200 area fourth graders, along with their teachers and parents, are expected to participate Thursday in the Topeka edition of a national program that educates youngsters about the importance of water and its many uses."
